This is my 1000th post. #Instagram has been a central part of my life in the last year and a half. At first I was just glad to have a platform to post my photos and correspond with other photographers. It became something bigger than that. It kept me behind the lens, taking pictures during seemed like mundane activities. I captured moments and memories that I’ll forever cherish. I have formed lifelong friendships on here, I took pictures of my father during what I now know would be the last days of his life, I became more adventurous. I lived and captured it all. And I’m only just getting started.
And for that I am thankful.
